To cater for all the audit needs of the foreign groups, listed or not, holding entities in France with a specific and dedicated international audit team. Our engagements encompass :

• statutory audits;
• reviews of reporting packages as they are drawn up by the internal accounting services of the related French entities ;
• management letter summarizing the deficiencies we may find in the internal control of an entity and the recommendations we may suggest to solve them ;
• permanent liaisons with representatives of local as of parent-companies and group auditors (Audit questionnaires - Key Issues memorandums - Inter-office opinions etc.).

We have also a couple of other engagements like contractual audits, agreed upon procedures and, where necessary, also assist our specialized internal control teams on SOX engagements.

When needed, we may also provide technical expertise on the application of other Gaap, like IFRS but also on UK Gaap and US Gaap.

Thanks to our large geographical coverage, we are able to deliver such services internationally with local teams having international expertise all over France.
